Details: $35/October 28th 2022 7:30-9pm Come together for a beautiful night of light and love. "Honoring our babies born sleeping. Those we carried but never held. Those we held but could not take home. Those who came home but could not stay." This event is for anyone who has been impacted pregnancy or child loss. Join us and others for a time of connecting and remembering our sweet babies that left us too early. A time to reflect on their LIGHT and well as our own and embrace the love we as so blessed to have. We will enjoy a beautiful restorative* yoga prop class with a healing **sound bath and guided meditation weaved in and throughout our movements focusing on LIGHT. We will end our time together by lighting a candle in honor of our angels and remembering that THEIR LIGHT STILL SHINES. Light refreshment after the closing of class. *Yin Yoga (Restorative Prop) is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer and with the aid of yoga props. It works on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body, brings balance to the mind and body and reduces stress and anxiety. **Integral Sound Healing uses vibrations and sonic (sound) waves to bring the nervous system and subtle energy bodies into greater balance. Cancellation Policy

Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but we will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Thank you for being mindful of our time as a business. Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. Thank you!
