Service Description

Meet in the privacy and comfort of your own home/space. HypnoBirthing with Prenatal Yoga Option. We will cover everything you would in a normal HypnoBirthing class just a bit more condensed. 3 sessions-3 hours long. Prenatal Yoga classes are held on Saturday mornings 9:30-10:45 am and every other Tuesday night 7:00-8:15pm at location in Lehi. You will receive a digital 5 class punch card and is valid for 9 months. *Due to being a busy mama with kids schedules, work, and life-I take a few private's a year (I'm sure you all get it;)- Please contact me first to see if we can figure out a good schedule for the both of us. After we decide when registering, please pick the closest date and time of our first session on the calendar when booking. Thank you! **Because I would LOVE for you to get the most out of our time together, if we meet at your home-please have a sitter for the kiddos and be prepared to be as present as possible. $590 online or Venmo @Crystal-Lyon (preferred.) If you live 20 miles away from Lehi, Utah a $50 addition is asked to help with driving expenses. Pre-registration with non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all classes. Payment plans are available. Be sure to check with your insurance, lots are allowing an amount for birthing classes!:) HypnoBirthing the Mongan Method Evidence-based comprehensive childbirth education course for moms and partners. Covid-19 Information-If Covid-19 numbers are high and is not safe to do face to face classes, we will switch to online classes here through my website. If you need to withdraw from a class, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund (minus deposit) if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting. After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with a card.

Cancellation Policy

Class sizes are limited and fill quickly, so please book early to save your spot. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but I will make every effort to reschedule you and/or return your total fee.
