Feeling nervous/excited about your upcoming birth? Not sure what, if any, childbirth education class is the right fit for you? Learn about your options and how to achieve a gentle birth experience at this FREE talk. This information session will explain everything you need to know about HypnoBirthing and how to have an amazing birth experience. Bring your birth vision, partner, and all your questions! Whether you end up choosing to book a HypnoBirthing group series, you will walk away with valuable skills to feel more at ease about your upcoming birth. We will cover: Brief overview of the history of birth and current maternity care system. How fear affects the birthing process. How HypnoBirthing can help anyone achieve their personal birth goals. How breathing, affirmations, visualizations, and relaxation techniques can make for a more AMAZING birth experience. Watch a positive HypnoBirth Video. All attending expectant mothers receive a small gift, entries into a raffle prize and $25 off a HypnoBirthing class series when booked within 48 hours! Light snacks provided. Registration is required. This workshop is NOT a replacement for a childbirth educational class. Limited seats - so book to ensure your spot.

Cancellation Policy
Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but we will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Thank you for being mindful of our time as a business. Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. Thank you!
