Service Description

Pregnancy and postpartum can be an emotionally vulnerable and challenging time. Come learn how to maintain mental health during pregnancy and beyond from Postpartum Support International certified therapist, Laura Parry, LCSW. We will discuss unique challenges to mental health during the perinatal period as well as tips and ideas to feel well, including gentle prenatal yoga with Crystal Lyon, RYT 500 yoga instructor and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator HBCE.

Cancellation Policy

Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but we will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Thank you for being mindful of our time as a business. Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. Thank you!
