Please do not bother this homeowner-instead walk behind and you will find us there. 💙WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style flow format that weaves breath with movement. ** Please bring your own mat, props and water you may need. Bug spray suggested. 💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice. 💙Many have asked if they can donate anything for my time. Cancellation Policy

Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but we will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Thank you for being mindful of our time as a business. Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. Thank you!
