Service Description

**If you book this service, I can come to your home/location desired. When booking, to start please pick a date and time that works best for you. From there I can look at my schedule to see if I have availability and then I will call/text to finalize things or find another time that works best for both our schedules. Thank you!** Investment: $50 Individual instruction is great option for those with busy schedules, those who desire to maintain an advanced practice during the birth year or those who prefer a private setting for practice. As well, private individual sessions can be tailored for your specific needs during your pregnancy or after birth. Classes are specifically designed for the many beautiful changes in you body during the perinatal time- before, during and after pregnancy. Receive comfort and relaxation from these classes all while focusing on gentle strength and balance in the whole body as well as the pelvic floor. ​Here is what a typical perinatal/gentle practice looks like: -Intention setting -Safe pregnancy yoga breathing techniques that can help during labor -Slow warming gentle movements in the seated and fours positions -Gentle standing and balancing postures -Cooling and restorative postures with props -Meditative savasana-connecting with the power of being a woman/ and your baby. “When the intelligence of the body is awakened through the practice of yoga, it will guide the woman throughout the pregnancy, making her feel perhaps more in touch with herself than ever before. Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. 10 spots available. Because of limited space, please plan to sign up sooner rather than later so I can be prepared and know if I will have people there. My suggestion is to sign up at least a day ahead of time. Registration for class ends 2 hours before class starts. If there are no reservations, before this time-there will be no class. There is the option to go in and cancel/reschedule (as long as you do at least 1 hour before class starts) if you need to. I also have an app if you would prefer to book on the go.
