HypnoBirthing Mongan Method - Summer

Service Description

*Please note that space is limited and my classes do fill up quickly, so enroll early in order to save your spot for your desired start date. If you do not see a series that works for you-please refer to my private 1/1 option.* This session will start 07/31/24 and ends 08/28/24 Wednesday nights from 6:30-9:00-ish pm MST. This is a 5 class series class at location in Lehi. On-line option is also available on a case by case scenario (please send me a message to discuss:) and you will join us just as if you are in class through Zoom. **Covid-19 Information-If Covid-19 numbers are high and is not safe to do face to face classes, we will switch to online classes here through my website.** Investment for a group Hypnobirthing series is $300 total. $300 online or offline through Venmo @Crystal-Lyon (preferred.) Pre-registration with non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all classes, with the remaining balance due a week before class starts (I will send you an invoice.) Payment plans are available - send me a message and I would be happy to set this up. This Course Includes: *5- 2.5-ish hour Sessions *The HypnoBirthing Book and audios by Marie Mongan *Rainbow Relaxation Audio *Class handouts including relaxation scripts and birth preferences template Breathing Methods ~ Relaxation Techniques ~ Nutrition and Exercise ~ How to Navigate Unexpected Challenges ~ Eliminating Fears ~ Questions to Ask Before, During and After Birth. *Please see my HypnoBirthing page for more detailed information* A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but I will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Due to availability-location may change as well but I will try my best to keep it at original location. If you need to withdraw from a class, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund (minus deposit) if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting. After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with a credit card.
